Michael Phelps' Troubles Continue

Olympic gold medal swimmer, Michael Phelps was driving an SUV Thursday night, that collided with another driver, who is said to be "shaken up"......Would someone get this dude a water filled bubble? I know he has a learning disability, but he seems to be downright retarded when he's not swimming!
