Dina Lohan spoke exclusively to "The Today Show"'s Matt Lauer on this morning about Lindsay Lohan. When asked what are her plans in straightening Lindsay's life out when she finishes serving time, Dina replied, "She's moving to NYC, because L.A. is different, and NYC will be better for her"....She's right about that, waiting on the damn N train to go get her drugs will have her sober in no time!
