Ring The Alarm! Beyonce puts it down so hard with all the bouncing and jerking, that MY body ends up aching after watching her perform. After watching her VMA performance, I'm thinking she must have really hated Kelly and Michelle...she got rid of them as back-up dancers, just to add 20 back up dancers to her act!
