Keeping Up with the Kardashians season finale brought in 4.8 million viewers Sunday night, giving E! its best ratings EVER. I watched, but was grossed out by Kourtney pulling her own baby out of the shooter...yup, you heard me, she yanked her baby right out...now her vaj has got to be bigger than Kim's ass!
