Yesterday, Federal prosecutors brought terrorism and mass destruction charges against Times Square bombing suspect, Faisal Shahzad, after he was seen leaving a smoking car with the engine running and hazard lights flashing....sounds like his attorney will be using the Toyota recalls as his defense!
