Discovery Channel Gunman Kiiled

Yesterday a hostage standoff with at the headquarters of the Discovery Channel ended in the gunman's death. Police say James J. Lee was carrying an explosive device, due to his anger over the cable channel's programming....Speaking of programming, I hope those employees held hostage were able to utilize pointers from such Discovery Channel shows as, 'Man vs. Wild', 'Soldiering On', and the very timely....'Surviving The Cut'

After receiving a 2.8 viewer rating, the Daytime Emmy's don't have much to be proud of, but as a former NBC Page, there was plenty to be happy about.
