You have got to be the dumbest person to walk this earth. Not only do you shoot your dumb ass in a city that just instated tougher gun laws, with a gun that was unregistered, but you also paid millions of dollars to the high powered lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, who basically got you the same deal that I could have gotten you, or you could have gotten for yourself....2 years in prison? Enjoy this time away asshole, thinking about how dumb you are for trying to tuck a gun in a pair of sweatpants, and hanging out in a place where you feel a need to carry a loaded gun in the first place! Plaxico Goes to Court

Yesterday, Plaxico Burress testified in front of a grand jury for carrying an illegal firearm when he accidentally shot himself in a nightclub. The NFL star could face 3 1/2 to 15 years in prison if convicted.
