There is a re-hearing taking place on February 23rd, in the case of the FCC vs. CBS-owned stations, for the Super Bowl XXXIX indecency fine of $550,000. Each side gets 30 minutes to state their case...My goodness, this case is hanging longer than Janet's boob does!

"The Who" has been announced as this year's NFL Super Bowl XLIV halftime entertainment....careful grandpa, don't break a hip on that jump.
