The executive producer of Fox and Friends, which reportedly banned Joan Rivers from the show because of her past remarks about Sarah Palin, has now come forward to say "It was a big misunderstanding."....looking at that face, I get the feeling this isn't the first misunderstanding that's ever happened in her life!
