Cost-cutting done for Saif's 'Agent Vinod'

Saif Ali Khan's production Agent Vinod has been in the making for a very long time. So it comes as no surprise that the makers are cost-cutting any extra budgets for the film. According to sources, the film has already crossed its estimated budget and has gone way overboard. Recently, an emergency meeting was called. Some scenes that were to be shot in Afghanistan will be shot in Dubai instead. Also, a huge set is being erected at Filmistan to shoot the interior shots of a cave-like den.
