Despite trying to keep it under wraps the first look of 'Heroine' has been leaked. The production was following high level of privacy as per Bhandarkar's diktats. No mobiles, no visitors, a non disclosure contract, 15 to 17 security guards. That and probably more will be the agenda in order as 'Heroine' kickstarted its cinematic trail on June 7, 2011. In keeping with the privacy policy of 'Agneepath' and 'The Dirty Picture', Madhur Bhandarkar's 'Heroine' had planned to keep Aishwarya Rai Bachchan completely under the wraps.

The UTV and Bhandarkar co production, a contemporary woman centric flick slated to be filmed in a 45 day schedule, reportedly borrows heavily from the lives and times of many real life characters from B'Town and is being guarded zealously by the director famed for his "realistic cinema."
A close insider had said, "Madhur has used the real life experiences of a number of people from the industry in Herioine and he does not want that to be made public or the news to leak out. That's why there is a high level of privacy maintained. No visitors or media will be encouraged on the sets. Besides, since Aishwarya too is shooting after a gap of about nine months, she is of the opinion that there should be no disturbance on the sets."
